Door Duty
Inspect the property thoroughly to complete all your due diligence before committing to the sale. Evaluate the goals of your investment project to make the best decision. Good research will allow you to move forward with confidence from an inspection period until closing.
Contract Commitment
It’s very important to be completely satisfied with all contract details when purchasing your chosen property. Committing to your purchase requires your signature on specific documents. After electronically signing your purchase agreement you are fully committed as the buyer.
Current Capital
After signing a purchase contract, an EMD will be needed within 24 hours to be wired into escrow. There is an EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) for all properties. However, all properties do not close with the same title company, so wire instructions need to be requested and sent.
Closing Calendar
You will be notified when your purchase agreement contract has been fully executed. This normally occurs within 14 days after all documents are signed electronically. In some cases, the closing process may take a bit longer. We will keep you updated until your closing is succcessfully completed.
